Community Guidelines

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Operator: XOXONA.AI (“XOXONA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

1. Child Safety

We do not allow any sexual, romantic, or exploitative content involving minors.

This includes:

• Characters under the age of 18
• Characters who appear under 18
• Characters described as under 18
• Characters who are mentally or physically coded as minors
• Loli, shota, or childlike sexualized characters
• Sexualized school uniforms, childlike behavior, or age-ambiguous characters in adult contexts

Minor supporting NPCs may appear only in non-sexual, non-romantic, and non-exploitative contexts.

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited in all forms, including text, images, roleplay, character descriptions, greetings, example chats, and hidden prompts.

2. Adult Sexual Content

Adult sexual content is allowed only when it involves clearly adult fictional characters and follows platform safety rules.

Allowed adult sexual content must be:

• Between characters who are clearly 18+
• Consensual
• Fictional
• Properly tagged or age-gated
• Kept out of public-facing previews where required

Adult sexual content may not appear in:

• Public thumbnails
• Public banners
• Character names
• Search keywords
• Promotional material visible to general users

We do not allow:

• Sexual content involving minors or minor-coded characters
• Incest or family-coded sexual relationships
• Necrophilia
• Bestiality or animal sexual content
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Sexual violence
• Sexual coercion, blackmail, drugging, intoxication, or unconsciousness
• Explicit NSFW imagery showing genitals, sexual fluids, sex toys, intercourse, masturbation, or censored versions of these acts

Text-based adult roleplay may be allowed if it follows all consent, age, and safety requirements.

3. Consent and Sexual Violence

Sexual content must be consensual between adult fictional characters.

We do not allow:

• Rape
• Sexual assault
• Forced sex
• Coerced sex
• Blackmail-based sexual content
• Drugged or intoxicated sexual scenarios
• Unconscious or sleeping sexual scenarios
• Threat-based sexual content
• “Forced seduction” content that eroticizes lack of consent
• Characters unable to give meaningful consent

Characters may not be designed to sexually pressure, emotionally exploit, or manipulate users into uncomfortable interactions.

4. Incest and Family-Coded Sexual Content

Incestuous or family-coded sexual content is not allowed.

This includes sexual or romantic content involving:

• Biological family members
• Siblings
• Parent-child dynamics

5. Animal Sexual Content / Bestiality

We do not allow sexual content involving certain animals.

This includes:

• Bestiality
• Sexual content involving pets
• Sexual content involving real animals
• Sexual content involving animal-like beings that cannot provide adult human-equivalent consent
• Feral creatures or non-sapient monsters in sexual scenarios

Fantasy or non-human characters may be allowed only if they are clearly adult, fictional, intelligent, human-like in consent capacity, and not depicted as actual animals.

Examples that may be allowed:

• Adult vampires
• Adult elves
• Adult demons
• Adult aliens
• Adult kemonomimi / catgirl-style characters
• Orc

Examples that are not allowed:

• Dogs, cats, horses, or other real animals
• Pets
• Feral monsters
• Non-sapient creatures
• Animal characters presented primarily as animals rather than adult human-equivalent beings

6. Self-Harm and Violence

We do not allow content that promotes, instructs, encourages, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior.

We do not allow:

• Instructions for suicide or self-harm
• Encouragement of suicide or self-harm
• Suicide pact roleplay
• Romanticizing suicide
• Self-harm as a reward, punishment, or proof of love
• Pro-eating disorder content
• Starvation encouragement
• Purging encouragement
• Extreme weight-loss harm instructions

We also do not allow excessive graphic violence, including:

• Gore
• Torture
• Murder for shock value
• Cannibalism
• Mutilation
• Sadistic violence
• Graphic cruelty

Fictional action, fantasy violence, and horror themes may be allowed if they are not excessively graphic, exploitative, or designed to glorify real-world harm.

7. Harassment, Hate, and Discrimination

We do not allow content that attacks, dehumanizes, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics.

Protected characteristics include:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• Nationality
• Religion
• Gender
• Gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability
• Age
• Caste
• Veteran status
• Serious medical condition

We do not allow:

• Hate speech
• Harmful stereotypes
• Dehumanizing language
• Calls for exclusion, segregation, or violence
• Conversion-related abusive content
• Slurs targeting protected groups
• Sexualized religious figures
• Harassment or humiliation targeting real people or protected groups

Reclaimed slurs may be permitted only in limited character coding or dialogue contexts where they are not used to attack or degrade a protected group.

8. Real People, Public Figures, and Impersonation

We do not allow harmful or misleading depictions of real people.

We do not allow:

• Obvious or recognizable depictions of private individuals
• Sexual depictions of real people
• Romantic roleplay involving real people without consent
• Defamatory depictions of real people
• Impersonation of real people
• Impersonation of platform staff
• Impersonation of brands, companies, or official organizations
• Bots pretending to be real professionals
• Bots misleading users into believing they are chatting with a real person

Content creators, influencers, streamers, VTubers, and adult content performers are treated as real people, not fictional characters.

Living politicians are not allowed as characters.

Real dictators, past or present, are not allowed as characters.

9. Real-World Events and Figures

We do not allow content that exploits, glorifies, or trivializes real-world harm.

We do not allow:

• Depictions of real crime victims or their families
• Glorification of real-world violence
• Celebration of tragedies, wars, massacres, or terrorist attacks
• Depictions of specific named criminal organizations
• Real-world terrorism
• Terrorist ideology
• Real terrorists
• Recruitment or praise for extremist groups

Generic fictional crime settings may be allowed, such as “a mafia family” or “a cartel-inspired villain,” as long as they do not reference or promote specific real-world criminal organizations.

10. Scams, Fraud, and Financial Exploitation

We do not allow content or behavior that attempts to scam, defraud, deceive, or financially exploit users.

This includes:

• Fake giveaways
• Investment scams
• Crypto scams
• Romance scams
• Phishing
• Requests for passwords
• Requests for OTPs
• Requests for seed phrases or private keys
• Requests for banking information
• Fake job offers
• Fake creator payout schemes
• Off-platform payment manipulation
• Chargeback abuse
• Refund abuse

Characters may not pressure users into sending money, buying tokens, sharing financial information, or moving conversations to unsafe external platforms.

11. Privacy, Doxxing, and Personal Data

We do not allow sharing or collecting personal information without consent.

We do not allow:

• Doxxing
• Sharing someone’s address
• Sharing phone numbers
• Sharing private emails
• Sharing ID documents
• Sharing banking details
• Sharing private images or conversations without consent
• Asking users for sensitive personal information through bots
• Encouraging users to reveal passwords, OTPs, private keys, or other credentials

Creators may not design characters that collect, store, or expose users’ private personal information.

12. Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods

We do not allow content that facilitates illegal activity or unsafe real-world harm.

This includes:

• Drug trafficking
• Weapon sales or instructions for real-world harm
• Human trafficking
• Sexual services or prostitution facilitation
• Gambling operations
• Counterfeit goods
• Hacking
• Malware
• Phishing
• Evading law enforcement
• Instructions to commit crimes

Fictional crime roleplay may be allowed if it does not provide practical instructions, facilitate real-world harm, or promote illegal activity.

13. Creator Monetization and Payout Eligibility

Creator monetization is a privilege and may be limited, suspended, or removed if creators violate platform rules.

Creators may lose monetization access for:

• Uploading guideline-violating content
• Creating prohibited sexual content
• Creating minor sexual content
• Using copyrighted characters or IP without permission
• Using fake chats, bots, or automated traffic
• Creating duplicate low-quality characters for payout farming
• Misleading users
• Running scams
• Moving users off-platform for payment
• Violating refund, chargeback, or payout rules

The platform may:

• Remove violating content
• Demonetize specific characters
• Withhold earnings from violating content
• Delay suspicious payouts
• Suspend creator payout access
• Permanently remove monetization privileges
• Ban repeat or severe violators

14. Platform Manipulation and Spam

We do not allow attempts to manipulate the platform, ranking systems, recommendation systems, or payout systems.

This includes:

• Bot traffic
• Review manipulation
• Referral abuse
• Mass account creation
• Keyword stuffing
• Misleading tags
• Duplicate low-quality characters
• Reuploading removed content
• Using automation to farm rewards or payouts

Creators must not artificially inflate their character performance or manipulate visibility, rankings, or earnings.

15. Public-Facing Content Standards

Public-facing content must be safe for general browsing unless placed behind the correct age-gated or mature content controls.

Public-facing content includes:

• Character name
• Avatar
• Thumbnail
• Banner
• Description
• Tags
• Greeting message
• Example chats
• Search keywords
• Creator profile content

Public-facing content may not include:

• Explicit sexual imagery
• Visible genitals
• Sexual fluids
• Sex toys
• Intercourse
• Masturbation
• Censored NSFW sexual acts
• Slurs used abusively
• Graphic gore
• Shock content
• Minor sexualization
• Real-person sexualization
• Scam links
• Doxxing or private information

Adult characters and adult roleplay may be allowed, but explicit content should only appear in the appropriate private, age-gated, or mature-rated experience.

16. Prohibition on Defamation or Threats Against the Monarchy

Content that defames, insults, threatens, or expresses malice toward the King, Queen, Heir-apparent, or Regent is strictly prohibited under Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code.

Prohibited Content Includes

• Defamatory, insulting, or degrading statements toward the monarchy
• Allegations, accusations, or false claims that may violate Thai law
• Threats, expressions of hostility, or encouragement of violence
• Disrespectful use of images, symbols, audio, or representations related to the monarchy
• Creating, sharing, or promoting content that may constitute an offense under Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code

The platform reserves the right to remove, restrict, or take action against any content that may violate Thai law or community safety standards, including content considered unlawful under Section 112.

17. Prohibition on False or Misleading Information Under the Computer Crime Act

Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the platform in violation of the Thai Computer Crime Act (B.E. 2550 and amendments).

Prohibited Content Includes

• False information that may cause harm to the public
• Misleading or fabricated statements intended to deceive others
• Deceptive Information and Harmful Misrepresentation, disinformation, or manipulated content presented as factual
• Fraudulent claims, impersonation, or deceptive activities
• Content that may cause public panic, confusion, or damage to national security
• Knowingly sharing false computer data that could harm individuals, organizations, or the public

The platform reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with relevant authorities where content may violate the Thai Computer Crime Act or other applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that any information shared on the platform is accurate, lawful, and does not mislead others.

Deceptive Information, Fraud, and Harmful Misrepresentation

Users and creators may not use XOXONA to create, distribute, or promote deceptive content that is reasonably likely to mislead others regarding real-world facts, public safety matters, legal obligations, financial opportunities, medical advice, governmental actions, or the identity of real persons.

This restriction does not prohibit fictional storytelling, roleplay, satire, parody, alternate-history scenarios, fantasy worlds, or clearly fictional character interactions.

However, content may be restricted where it:

• impersonates real authorities, institutions, or individuals;
• promotes fraudulent schemes or scams;
• intentionally spreads false emergency information;
• encourages harmful medical, legal, or financial actions;
• manipulates users through deceptive representations of real-world events;
• or creates a significant risk of public harm, confusion, fraud, or unlawful activity.

XOXONA may remove or restrict such content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with applicable laws, or maintain platform safety.

18. Unlicensed Professional Advice Disclaimer

The platform does not provide licensed medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or other regulated professional services. Any content, conversations, recommendations, or information available on the platform are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

Users Must Not

• Present themselves as licensed professionals without proper authorization
• Provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice while falsely claiming expertise or credentials
• Mislead users into believing that platform content constitutes certified professional guidance
• Use the platform to diagnose, prescribe treatments, offer legal representation, or provide regulated financial services without proper licensing

No Professional Relationship

Use of the platform does not create any doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, therapist-client, or other professional relationship between users and the platform.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of any information obtained through the platform. Users should seek qualified professional advice from licensed practitioners before making medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.

The platform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of user-generated content or AI-generated responses. The platform shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from reliance on information shared through the platform.

The platform reserves the right to remove, restrict, label, or moderate content that:

• Falsely claims professional qualifications
• Promotes harmful or misleading professional advice
• Violates applicable laws or regulatory requirements
• Creates risks to user safety, health, finances, or legal rights

19. Deepfake and Synthetic Media Policy

The platform prohibits the creation, distribution, or use of deceptive deepfake or synthetic media that may mislead, harm, exploit, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.

Prohibited Content Includes

• Deepfake content intended to deceive or mislead users
• Non-consensual face swaps or voice cloning
• Synthetic media impersonating real individuals without authorization
• Deepfake pornography or sexually explicit manipulated media
• Manipulated political, legal, or news-related content intended to spread misinformation
• Deepfakes used for scams, fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
• Synthetic content designed to damage reputations, harass, defame, or intimidate others
• AI-generated media falsely presented as authentic real-world evidence

Where permitted, AI-generated or synthetic content should be clearly labeled or disclosed to avoid misleading users about its authenticity or origin.

The platform places heightened restrictions on content involving:

• Minors
• Public figures targeted for harassment or deception
• Private individuals without consent
• Sensitive events such as elections, emergencies, or criminal investigations

The platform reserves the right to remove, restrict, label, demonetize, or report deepfake or synthetic media that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Creates risks of deception or public harm
• Infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
• Violates platform safety or authenticity standards

Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension, termination, or referral to relevant authorities.

20. Content Subject to Immediate Restriction or Removal

The platform reserves the right to immediately restrict, suspend, remove, or block any content, account, or activity at its sole discretion where such content or behavior may violate applicable laws, community standards, platform policies, or pose risks to users, the platform, or the public.

Content or Behavior Subject to Immediate Action

• Illegal content or activity
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence
• Defamatory, abusive, or malicious content
• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Content violating the Thai Computer Crime Act or other applicable laws
• Content related to exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors
• Explicit sexual content published outside permitted mature areas
• Graphic violence, gore, or shock content
• Terrorism, extremism, or promotion of criminal activity
• Spam, scams, phishing, or malicious links
• Doxxing, privacy violations, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information
• Intellectual property infringement
• Attempts to bypass platform safety systems or moderation controls
• Automated abuse, bots, or suspicious platform manipulation
• Any activity that may damage the reputation, security, stability, or operations of the platform

The platform may take action without prior notice where deemed necessary for legal compliance, user safety, operational security, or protection of the platform. Actions may include:

• Content removal
• Visibility restriction
• Account suspension or termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities
• Preservation of records for legal or investigative purposes

The determination of whether content or behavior violates platform policies shall be made solely at the discretion of the platform. The platform reserves the right to interpret and enforce these standards as necessary to maintain a safe and lawful environment.

21. Enforcement

Violations may result in enforcement actions depending on severity, intent, and repeat behavior.

Possible actions include:

• Warning notice
• Content removal
• Character suspension
• Visibility reduction
• Temporary account restriction
• Temporary ban
• Permanent ban
• Creator payout hold
• Creator payout suspension
• Demonetization
• Permanent removal from the creator program

22. Contact Channels to Platform

Users must be able to contact the platform through clear and accessible communication channels for support, inquiries, complaints, legal requests, or reporting violations.

The platform may use these channels to:

• Respond to user inquiries or disputes
• Receive reports regarding policy violations
• Process legal or regulatory requests
• Provide account or safety notifications
