XOXONA Safety, Content, and Child Protection Policy

XOXONA is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and responsible platform environment while supporting creative expression, immersive AI interaction, and creator participation.

This Safety, Content, and Child Protection Policy (“Policy”) explains:

• what content and behavior are permitted or prohibited on XOXONA,
• how we protect minors and vulnerable users,
• how moderation and enforcement systems operate,
• how copyright and intellectual property complaints are handled,
• and what actions may be taken against violating content, creators, or accounts.

This Policy applies to:

• users,
• creators,
• AI characters,
• conversations,
• prompts,
• generated outputs,
• uploaded media,
• profile elements,
• metadata,
• public-facing content,
• and all other interactions or materials shared through the XOXONA platform (“Content”).

1. Core Safety Principles

XOXONA is built around the following principles:

• protecting users from harm and illegal activity,
• protecting minors and vulnerable individuals,
• respecting intellectual property rights,
• preserving creative expression where reasonably possible,
• maintaining platform integrity and trust,
• complying with applicable laws and regulatory obligations,
• and supporting responsible AI interaction.

XOXONA does not pre-approve all Content before publication. Users and creators remain responsible for the Content they create, upload, share, publish, or generate through the Services.

2. Content Visibility, Age Categories, and Minor Protections

XOXONA distinguishes between:

• Users
• Creators

Both categories may access the platform regardless of age, subject to applicable law.

However, XOXONA places a high priority on protecting minors and vulnerable users.

Users Under 18

Users under the age of 18 may receive age-appropriate platform experiences.

XOXONA may:

• filter mature content,
• restrict sexual content,
• restrict graphic violence,
• restrict emotionally intense roleplay,
• restrict suggestive interactions,
• restrict certain creator experiences,
• or apply additional safety filtering systems.

Creators Under 18

Creators under the age of 18:

• may be restricted from creating mature content,
• may have limited access to mature prompts,
• may be restricted from certain roleplay categories,
• may have reduced public visibility,
• and may have limited monetization functionality.

XOXONA may use:

• AI moderation systems,
• human review,
• automated safety systems,
• age classification technologies,
• and creator restrictions

in order to protect minors and maintain platform safety.

3. Child Safety and Minor Protection

XOXONA maintains zero tolerance for:

• child sexual exploitation,
• grooming behavior,
• sexualization of minors,
• exploitative interactions involving minors,
• child abuse material,
• or content that endangers minors.

Protecting minors is a core platform safety priority.

XOXONA may:

• remove violating content,
• restrict accounts,
• suspend creators,
• terminate users,
• block monetization,
• preserve evidence,
• and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary for safety.

Users may not:

• falsify their age,
• impersonate adults for access to restricted content,
• or circumvent age verification systems.

Where legally required:

• parental or guardian consent mechanisms may apply,
• underage accounts may receive additional protections,
• and mature personalization or advertising features may be restricted.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following categories of Content and conduct are prohibited on XOXONA.

4.1 Minor-Related Sexual or Exploitative Content

Prohibited Content includes:

• sexual or romantic content involving minors,
• any depiction of child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
• exploitative depictions of minors,
• age-regression sexual content,
• grooming behavior,
• exploitative emotional dependency involving minors,
• or any attempt to sexualize underage characters.

This includes:

• text,
• images,
• avatars,
• prompts,
• metadata,
• greetings,
• roleplay,
• hidden instructions,
• generated outputs,
• or coded depictions.

The following are prohibited:

• characters under 18 in sexual contexts,
• characters appearing under 18 in sexual contexts,
• school-uniform sexualization,
• “loli” or “shota”-style sexual content,
• childlike sexualized behavior,
• ambiguous-age sexual content,
• or adult characters intentionally portrayed as minors.

Minor supporting characters may only appear in clearly non-sexual and non-exploitative contexts.

4.2 Grooming and Unsafe Interactions

Users and creators may not:

• manipulate minors emotionally,
• encourage minors to move conversations off-platform,
• solicit private contact information,
• request explicit material,
• pressure minors into unsafe interactions,
• or exploit vulnerable individuals emotionally or psychologically.

AI characters may not be intentionally designed to:

• sexually target minors,
• emotionally exploit minors,
• encourage self-harm,
• isolate users from real-world support systems,
• or simulate predatory behavior.

4.3 Non-Consensual or Exploitative Sexual Content

Prohibited Content includes:

• non-consensual sexual activity,
• sexual violence or coercion,
• exploitative fetish content involving harm,
• incest involving blood relatives,
• bestiality or sexualization of real animals,
• revenge pornography,
• sexually exploitative deepfakes,
• or content encouraging abuse, trafficking, or exploitation.

4.4 Self-Harm, Suicide, and Dangerous Conduct

Users may not create or distribute Content that:

• encourages suicide or self-harm,
• provides instructions for self-harm methods,
• glorifies eating disorders or self-destructive behavior,
• promotes dangerous challenges or criminal acts,
• or encourages violence against individuals or groups.

XOXONA may intervene in conversations involving crisis indicators and may display mental health or emergency support resources.

4.5 Hate Speech, Harassment, and Illegal Conduct

Prohibited Content and conduct include:

• hate speech,
• extremist ideology,
• slurs targeting protected groups,
• harassment,
• bullying,
• violent threats,
• doxxing,
• calls for violence or discrimination,
• terrorism-related content,
• scams,
• fraud,
• phishing,
• impersonation,
• malware distribution,
• criminal services,
• or deceptive schemes.

Users may not use XOXONA to create, upload, distribute, request, promote, generate, or transmit content that violates applicable laws.

This includes:

• content that defames, insults, threatens, or expresses malice toward the King, Queen, Heir-apparent, or Regent of Thailand;
• content potentially violating Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code;
• false, misleading, deceptive, or fabricated information that may violate the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and amendments;
• misinformation likely to cause public harm or unlawful damage;
• unlawful political manipulation;
• or content threatening public safety, national security, or public order.

4.6 Real Person, Deepfake, and Impersonation Restrictions

Without explicit authorization, users may not create or distribute:

• deepfakes of real individuals,
• AI-generated impersonations,
• voice clones without consent,
• sexually explicit simulations of real people,
• deceptive AI realism,
• political disinformation using synthetic media,
• or content misleading users into believing AI-generated personas are real individuals.

Public figures, celebrities, creators, influencers, and private individuals are protected under this section.

XOXONA may apply enhanced review to:

• photorealistic depictions,
• realistic minors,
• explicit thumbnails,
• revenge-porn style imagery,
• or high-risk impersonation content.

4.7 Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement

Users may not upload, generate, distribute, or monetize Content that infringes:

• copyrights,
• trademarks,
• publicity rights,
• privacy rights,
• confidential information,
• or trade secrets.

This includes unauthorized copying or imitation of:

• fictional characters,
• anime franchises,
• copyrighted artwork,
• logos,
• voice recordings,
• scripts,
• datasets,
• images,
• proprietary assets,
• celebrity likenesses,
• or protected creative works.

XOXONA may remove or restrict infringing Content without prior notice.

4.8 Platform Integrity and Abuse

Prohibited conduct includes:

• ban evasion,
• spam,
• mass promotion,
• scraping,
• reverse engineering,
• manipulating recommendation systems,
• circumventing moderation or safety systems,
• automated abuse using bots,
• fake engagement,
• false reporting intended to harass others,
• payout manipulation,
• or other conduct that threatens platform integrity.

5. Character, Avatar, and Public Content Standards

Characters, avatars, thumbnails, profile images, banners, greetings, descriptions, preview content, and public-facing materials must comply with this Policy.

XOXONA may restrict:

• graphic nudity,
• explicit imagery,
• hateful symbolism,
• violent gore,
• deceptive impersonation,
• realistic minors,
• exploitative youth themes,
• childlike fetish content,
• or sexually explicit thumbnails.

Photorealistic depictions may receive enhanced review due to impersonation and safety risks.

Public-facing content visible outside age-gated environments must remain appropriate for general browsing.

6. Emotional Safety and Mental Health Protections

Because XOXONA includes emotionally expressive AI interactions, the platform may implement safeguards intended to reduce:

• emotional manipulation,
• coercive dependency,
• exploitative roleplay,
• self-harm encouragement,
• harmful psychological interactions,
• or emotionally exploitative experiences involving minors or vulnerable individuals.

AI characters may not be intentionally designed to:

• encourage self-harm,
• isolate users from real-world support,
• manipulate users emotionally in harmful ways,
• or encourage dangerous conduct.

7. Moderation and Detection Systems

XOXONA may use:

• automated moderation systems,
• AI safety classifiers,
• keyword detection,
• image detection systems,
• behavioral analysis,
• human moderators,
• automated filtering,
• and user reports

to detect and address prohibited Content or unsafe conduct.

Moderation systems may review:

• creator content,
• uploaded media,
• prompts,
• conversations,
• public metadata,
• generated outputs,
• and account behavior.

Users acknowledge that moderation systems may:

• restrict content automatically,
• temporarily block visibility,
• escalate content for human review,
• or occasionally make mistakes.

Human review may be available where appropriate.

8. Reporting, Complaints, and Appeals

Users may report suspected violations through:

• in-app reporting tools,
• moderation systems,
• creator reporting systems,
• or support channels.

Priority review may apply to reports involving:

• child exploitation,
• grooming,
• self-harm risks,
• deepfake abuse,
• copyright infringement,
• fraud,
• impersonation,
• or threats of violence.

Users whose Content is removed may submit appeals where permitted.

Appeals should include:

• account details,
• affected content,
• reason for appeal,
• and supporting explanations.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee restoration of Content or accounts.

9. Enforcement Actions

XOXONA may take actions including:

• reducing visibility,
• restricting discoverability,
• age-gating Content,
• removing Content,
• demonetizing creators,
• suspending features,
• temporarily suspending accounts,
• permanently terminating accounts,
• withholding payouts,
• IP or device blocking,
• or reporting conduct to authorities where legally required.

XOXONA may immediately remove content or terminate access without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address:

• illegal conduct,
• child safety risks,
• deepfake abuse,
• scams,
• fraud,
• intellectual property infringement,
• app store compliance risks,
• legal exposure,
• or platform safety concerns.

Enforcement decisions may consider:

• severity,
• repetition,
• intent,
• user safety risk,
• legal exposure,
• prior violations,
• and operational or reputational risk.

Severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans without prior warning.

10. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring that:

• characters,
• prompts,
• descriptions,
• greetings,
• example chats,
• roleplay structures,
• uploaded media,
• metadata,
• and generated interactions

comply with this Policy.

Creators may not:

• disguise minor characters as adults,
• use ambiguous age coding,
• evade moderation systems,
• intentionally create exploitative content,
• manipulate recommendation systems,
• or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent loss of creator privileges or monetization access.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that:

• their content is appropriate for the intended age category;
• they do not circumvent age restrictions;
• they do not distribute mature content to minors;
• and they do not attempt to bypass moderation or safety systems.

Creators under 18 may have restricted access to:

• mature creator tools,
• explicit content systems,
• advanced monetization features,
• or other platform functionalities.

11. Data Protection for Minors

XOXONA seeks to minimize unnecessary collection of personal data from minors.

Where applicable:

• parental consent mechanisms may apply,
• underage accounts may receive enhanced protections,
• personalization features may be limited,
• and mature advertising or targeting may be restricted.

If XOXONA becomes aware that prohibited underage personal data has been collected, we may:

• restrict the account,
• request verification,
• remove associated data,
• or take additional protective measures.

12. Cooperation with Authorities and Safety Organizations

Where legally required or reasonably necessary for safety, XOXONA may cooperate with:

• law enforcement,
• child protection organizations,
• regulatory authorities,
• trusted safety partners,
• platform safety initiatives,
• app store operators,
• or governmental agencies.

This may include preservation or disclosure of information related to:

• severe child safety violations,
• threats of violence,
• fraud,
• illegal conduct,
• or platform abuse.

13. Regional and Legal Compliance

Users must comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

Depending on jurisdiction, XOXONA may additionally restrict:

• political impersonation,
• extremist content,
• unlawful sexual content,
• hate speech,
• monarchy-related defamation,
• privacy violations,
• misinformation,
• or other regulated categories.

XOXONA may:

• remove,
• age-gate,
• restrict,
• demonetize,
• disable,
• or suspend content, creators, accounts, or features

where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with app store policies,
• maintain platform distribution eligibility,
• satisfy payment processor requirements,
• comply with legal or regulatory obligations,
• respond to governmental requests,
• or reduce operational, legal, reputational, or safety risk.

Certain content, creator experiences, or platform features may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions, devices, or app store environments.

14. Policy Updates

XOXONA may update this Policy periodically to reflect:

• legal developments,
• safety improvements,
• moderation changes,
• app store requirements,
• platform updates,
• operational needs,
• or evolving community standards.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of XOXONA after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
